A party on wheels is coming round the corner, you can hear it long before you can see it, with its noisy exhaust and ridiculously loud stereo. Would you believe that often all this noise is intended to make you look. - "Look at my neat car! All this noise is so you don’t miss out on seeing what a wonderful car I have!"

All we see is an idiot breaking the road rules, and putting all the occupants of the car, and others around them, into danger. With so much noise coming out of the car, the driver is not going to hear sirens telling them to get out of the way, nor the squeal of brakes, telling them there is an accident happening - so take evasive action, nor will they hear the warning alarm at a train crossing, telling them a train is bearing down on them. What’s the use of having a nice car, if it gets squashed in an accident, because the driver couldn’t hear the warning sounds of danger?
